a. Cleaning tools and cleansers should be provided by customers; please contact the Company for assistance or purchase for related tools.
b. The duties includes grocery shopping, cooking, kitchen cleaning, gas hobs/refrigerator cleaning, clothes washing by washing machines, ironing, bedding, mopping, hovering, dust removal, window cleaning and bathroom cleaning.
c. The duties mentioned above will be carried out as scheduled; at the same time, the duties not mentioned above can be rejected.
d. Normally, complex/dangerous work, such as cleaning of windows and ceiling lights, takes longer. Appropriate tools should be provided by customers, inclusive of long-handled sticks and stable ladders. The staff has the right to reject work when potential hazards are detected or known.
e. To ensure staff health, no human work will be executed in washing and mopping but washing machines and other related tools.
f. Please offer shopping lists for grocery shopping which takes not less than 30 minutes, exclusive of the task schedule.
g. One hour of overtime work is charged HK$65; more than 15 minutes but less than 1 hour is regarded as one hour of overtime work.
h. Charges for Mid-levels West
  i. One hour transportation time is counted inside the household service hours for apartments in this district, and the minimum household service hours should not be less than 4 hours.
  ii. If customers want to enjoy 4 household service hours (none of the package plans mentioned above are eligible), then HK$65 transportation time compensation will be charged.
  iii. Returned customers who purchase another service packages within 30 days (counted from the last recorded service day) can enjoy charge exemption.
  iv. Buildings in Mid-levels West
i. Details of Basic Plan
  i. Customers who are going to join Monthly Plan can enjoy the trial discounts. These discounts are only eligible for Basic Plan A / B.
  ii. Please request the trial discounts within 7 days since the services start; any requests after beyond the period will be ignored. As soon as we receive your request, we will arrange the trial ready within 14 days. (For example: when Basic Plan A is booked, only the trial discount A is eligible.)
  iii. Each customers (under the same registration or registered address) can claim the same set of the trial discount once.
  iv. When customers who claim the trial discounts do not have the service of previous helpers.
j. Details of Package Plan
  i. The validity of each set of package coupons lasts 12 months; the date of validity starts on the same date the service starts.
  ii. All package coupons can be used after all payment is made.
  iii. All package coupons are not eligible between 16th December and 3rd January, Chinese Lunar Calendar.
  iv. No replacement for lost or out-of-date package coupons.
  v. None package coupons can be transferred.
  vi. All package coupons can be used as the registered address.
  vii. All staff will be designated by our Company.
k. Details of Monthly Plan
  i. 50% of the total payment should be paid as refundable deposit no later than the first day of the service. The refundable deposit will be returned once the monthly service is cancelled.
  ii. The invoice will be issued once the service completes.
l. Details of Short-term Maid
  i. The duties include housekeeping, kitchen work, clothing care and baby / senior care (detailed duties will be provided during the trial).
  ii. Duties mentioned above will be carried out as scheduled; at the same time, duties are not mentioned above can be rejected.
  iii. The working hours should not be less than five days consecutively and not less than 6 hours in a day.
  iv. The salary should be based on the monthly basis and holidays should be allowed when the working days are more than 20 days.
  v. Reasonable breaks should be allowed once the working hours are longer. (Resting times are negotiable.)
  vi. Charges vary with the working schedules.

  i. The Service includes the one-hour transportation time for task.
  ii. HK$130 is charged separately as the service charge for each task and should be paid off in the end of the Service.
  iii. Buildings in Mid-levels West
 
   
a. At least 2 staff members will be assigned for each task; the number may be increased subject to actual situations, but not customers’ requests.
b. Tasks will continue until it is completed within the day.
c. We provide the cleaners (including: Blue Swipe Cleaner, Hydrochloric Acid, Thinner, Turpentine and Cleaning Chloride Liquid) and corresponding equipments (including vacuum cleaner) that are commonly used. Customers may need to provide additional cleaners if the above list cannot fulfill their needs. (Please be aware that Turpentine will only be used under customers’ authorization.) Customers should prepare ladders for the cleaning staff or borrow one from the management office.
d. The cleaning work include windows and doors (in safe circumstances), steel gates, floor; kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles, range hoods, exhaust fans, gas hobs, toilets, bathroom curtains, wash basin, mirror drawers and other places as requested.
  * Please describe places/articles to be cleaned; additional requests for cleaning, such as worktop cabinets and dining chairs, will be charged between HK$50-300.
**Sets of crystal ceiling lights, but surfaces, are not covered in the cleaning tasks unless customers remove them themselves.
**Range hoods and exhaust fans are not covered in the cleaning tasks unless they are removable or taken apart by customers.
**Only surfaces and filters of air-conditioners will be cleaned.
**Cleansers or water, but dry dusting, will not be applied to ceilings and walls (including wallpapers)
**Stains of paints & concrete, mould in bathrooms and adhesive papers on windows are not guaranteed to be cleaned completely (please give details when reservation).
e. Another quotations will be offered if the cleaning tasks include village houses or sizes are more than 1,500 feet.
f. Falling leatheroid, dumping and waxing are not covered in this Service.
g. Deposit HK$200 should be paid at least 1 day before the Service once booking is confirmed; no refunds are allowed.
h. Should any engineering or construction work is in progress, the cleaning work may be rejected and no refunds are allowed.
 
   
a. The duties include: Measuring the TVOC data before and after treatment, conducting CT catalyst air purification service.
b. CT Catalyst is introduced from Japan. It owns JPO Patent No.: 3514702 2004.1.23 and IPD Patent Ref: HK1116125.
c. During the service, a well-designed head spray PT-2 Tornador will be used, to ensure even distribution of CT catalyst particles on the surface of furniture, walls and every drawer as well.
d. The amount of service charges is determined based on flat sizes and locations.
e. Administration fees HK$300 will be charged for any failure of the services caused by customers.
f. Deposit HK$300 should be paid at least 1 day before the Service once booking is confirmed; no refunds are allowed.
g. Should any engineering or construction work is in progress, the cleaning work may be rejected and no refunds are allowed.
 
 
   
a. The duties include carpet cleaning, disinfection, and basic pest control.
b. Charges depend on the locations, sizes of carpets and stains.
c. Levels of cleaning are subject to the actual situations; complete stain removal is not guaranteed. (Situations include if carpets are worn out.)
d. Our cleaning can remove stains caused by oil, water, coffee, rust and chewing gum. The cleaning levels depend on the actual conditions; full stain removal is not guaranteed. (For example, if carpets themselves have been worn out, then cleanliness is for sure, though.)Irremovable stains include stains caused by urine, dyeing paints, wine, ink and curry as these materials penetrate into carpets.
e. Deposit should be paid at least 1 day before the Service; related fees shall be confirmed with customers. (Deposit is 20% of the total payment.)
f. Another quotation(s) may be offered if the actual situations in units are not the same as booked.
g. Articles on the ground should be removed by customers; the services may be rejected if the cleaning work cannot continue due to the incomplete removal; at the same time, refunds are not allowed.
 
 
   
1. Please allow 3 working days for reserving services. please allow 5 working days for reserving Short-term Maid in order to arrange eligible candidate(s).
2. Please notify the Company of cancellation one day prior to the service; otherwise, the Company reserves the right reject the cancellation.
3. Administration fees will be charged for any failure of the services caused by customers. (Domestic Helper Cleaning at HK$50; Cleaning Up at HK$100; deposit will not refundable for Upholstery Cleaning / Empty House Cleaning, CT Catalyst - IAQ Improvement Service and Carpet Cleaning)
4. The overtime work may be rejected if there is 15 minutes delay or more caused by customers.
5. One hour of overtime domestic helper cleaning work is charged HK$65; one hour of overtime cleaning up work is charged HK$130; more than 15 minutes but less than 1 hour is regarded as one hour of overtime work. (exclusive of Upholstery Cleaning / Empty House Cleaning, CT Catalyst - IAQ Improvement Service and Carpet Cleaning)
6. All reservations will be cancelled automatically if No. 8 typhoons signals above or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal are issued; another reservations will be needed.
7. Customers cannot redeem the time lost due to customers’ personal reasons.
8. Staff is not allowed to do jobs under customers’ personal requests unless they are arranged by Homeasy Services Limited.
9. Homeasy Services Limited reserves the rights to change, delete, revise or increase the terms and conditions of the services which will take effect after official announcement by Homeasy Services Limited or notice to customers.
10. This Service Notes are basic rules for the services offered by the Company. It will be regarded as customers’ consent once the services are accepted.
 
   
1. All employees of the Company are covered by Labour Insurance.
2. Charges include the transportation fees; however, customers are responsible for the transportation fees for domestic helpers if a trip to suburb areas is needed (such as The Mid-level West)
3. Refurbishment is not included in the cleaning work.
4. Due to characteristics in each unit, helpers will complete the cleaning tasks as contracted and scheduled. Thorough cleaning in the units is not guaranteed.
5. The cleaning staff for Upholstery Cleaning / Empty House Cleaning will complete tasks as requested by customers who should check places they would like to be cleaned and make the requests before make payment. No returns or cleaning works will be accepted once the payment is made or the staffs leave.
6. Customers should ensure the cleaningness of wall surfaces, cupboard and other furniture.
7. During service, it is advised to maintain good air ventilation. Customers should provide electricity for running air-conditioners and fans.
8. Most of household carpets are made of thick wool in light colours. A full stain removal is not guaranteed; it depends on what colourful paints they encounter with.
9. Customers have the obligation to check if our services are satisfied or not after it completes. Customers are recommended to give immediate comment to our helpers. The company will not bear any responsibility if customers have any additional request on the services after our helpers leave the flat.
 
   
1. Payment should be made no later than the first date of the service;
2. No refunds are allowed;
